In addition to sulfuric, chromic, and hard anodizing, Embee offers multiple color options and Teflon impregnation to enhance lubricity. The Anodize department is housed in a stand-alone facility that combines unmatched technical sophistication with high-speed efficiency.

The Hard Anodize department at Embee Performance has over 100 years of collective experience. Our department foreman has worked with Hard Anodizing since its creation as a corrosion preventative finish and has continued with its development in the aerospace industry. We run around the clock and offer the most superior Hard Anodize finish in the industry. Embee's Hard Anodize department is unmatched in service, technical sophistication and quality, combining state-of-the-art equipment, tooling, teamwork and experience to process the most critical jobs in the motor sports world.

Racing Engines - Nickel Plating
The Nickel Plating department at Embee Performance utilizes over 6,000 square feet of production space, combining state-of-the-art equipment, tooling and experience to maximize production and quality. Nickel plating is a chemical process that produces an extremely durable surface, similar to high-grade stainless steel. The final, hard-coated surface is both wear and corrosion resistant. Whether your application calls for Electroless Nickel on steel, stainless, or aluminum, our facility is designed to suit your specialized needs. We can pre-clean and plate parts up to six feet in length, and our large capacity tanks are regulated by automated controls that guarantee perfect bath consistency around the clock.

Racing Engines - Ion Vapor Deposition (IVD)
Ion Vapor Deposition (IVD) is a finely-tuned process for your most critical engine parts, providing one of the best thermal dispersants available. At Embee Performance, we use a sophisticated vacuum chamber to vaporize and apply 99.9% pure aluminum to your specialized components. Part temperature is maintained at or below 150 degrees to ensure that critical parts maintain their integrity.
