Magnaflux (Mag)
Magnaflux (Mag) is a nondestructive process that tests ferrous material for defects. The Magnaflux department at Embee Performance prides itself on quick turn-around (usually 24 hours) for all types of racing engine parts. Our Mag department includes a "level three" certified inspector and four "level two" certified inspectors with 30 years of collective experience. This on-the-line experience allows us to offer you unmatched quality in our field. Many of our jobs require multiple processes, so it's truly efficient to have Magnaflux capability onsite for in-process testing.
Shot Peen
The Shot Peen facility at Embee Performance is equipped with the latest in automated technology. The Shot Peen process is primarily used to combat metal fatigue and increase part longevity. Our 7,000 square foot facility uses state-of-the-art equipment to ensure precise and complete coverage on all your part surfaces. Our automated process controls allow us to precisely match your specifications and deliver repeatable results time and time again.
Powder Coating
